Tsunan, Niigata (December 8th, 2021) — Tsunan sake brewery, the heaviest snowfall of the country, announced that we’re rebranded with a new-brand sake and website as part of the ongoing evolution of our company’s brand.

Making more circular products demands more than an extra step in the sake-making process. We are changing the way we develop our products.
Go Circular is a new approach that helps our product teams understand the impact of our decisions, make better choices and develop products that are fit for a circular beverage economy.We hope to use the Circulator to develop all our products by 2028.

"Tsunan" sind Terroir-Sake-Serien, die von Einheimischen mit Gemeinschaftsreis und -wasser gebraut werden, mit dem Ziel der Koexistenz mit Wäldern und Tieren. Das neue Logo spiegelt die japanische Antilope (Capricornis crispus), einen unserer Sakagura-Gäste, wider. Die erste Serie besteht aus 4 Sake-Sorten: Haku, Beni, Ai und Kogane.
