Many of us have our own favourite great shops. There are wonderful spaces waiting for you there. We would like to introduce you to one of these wonderful spaces.

This is the restaurant, Yakitori Obachan no Hoshino.

I first went there in my first year of university when a friend invited me, and from there I went alone after university classes, even on days when I didn't have school, and now I am a regular visitor.

What attracts me is the delicious home-grown meat and the smiles and energy of the ladies!

This time, we took the opportunity to conduct a small interview.

-Is Auntie from Niigata?

Auntie: Yes, it's Shirone.

-Which is the most popular? What would you recommend?

Auntie: It's small meat. It's very tasty.

I had the black beef menchikatsu, chicken katsu and small meat, which I always eat. Small meat is the neck meat of a chicken. It is also called "seseri". It is a part of the chicken from which only a small amount can be taken.

-Really! Small meat, very tasty.

Auntie: Right, she doesn't tell lies (laughs).

After asking the question, a customer came in and bought about 10 small pieces of meat!

-What do you value in your business, Auntie?

Auntie: It's about making them happy, making them say it's delicious. Auntie: When they say it's tasty, it makes me want to go back and work harder.

Auntie: She says it's delicious because all the meat is home-grown.

- and afterwards, I'm sure your auntie will have a nice smile on her face. ......

Auntie: Smile is us (meaning smile is not good not good). I think they come because things are good. But little children say to me, 'Aunty, you have a bad mouth, but you have a warm heart'.

-Finally, what is the secret of your auntie's energy?

Auntie: The Ribovitan D I take a bottle of every day and the love of conversation! That and not stressing out!

During the interview, I had the opportunity to talk with a customer and her auntie, where the customer said the phrase "auntie has a warm heart", which made me think that the customers who come to this shop are touched by her warmth.
