At Tsunan Brewery you can enjoy the production process if the timing is right✨The rice washing, soaking and steaming processes are essential for sake production and are carried out in a room called the 'raw material processing room' at Tsunan Brewery. Once the steaming is finished, the next step in the work of the material processing room is cleaning 🧹During our visit, the lights suddenly went out and it was pitch black 👀💦, but don't worry 😊This is craftsman wisdom to make it easier to spot the small rice grains scattered on the floor by turning off the lights.
