We visited Nakata Seisakusho, a ramen restaurant in Sambongi, Gosen-shi.
This was my first visit to Gosen City, but I had been interested in Nakata Seisakusho for some time because it was often mentioned in the media as a shop with a stylish atmosphere.
Outer wall of the shop. The name of the shop is written in pretty letters.
Also letters at the entrance.
The interior of the shop. The stylish lighting makes it feel like you are in a café.
On the menu, order ramen or salt ramen and rice.
This is the ramen on the signature menu. The ramen is an adaptation of Toyama Black, the local ramen of Toyama Prefecture, and was really black.
I thought it would taste strong as well because it looked so black, but it had just the right salty and dashi (soup stock) taste. Because of the salty taste of the soy sauce, I alternated it with rice, which I had ordered together. I recommend ordering rice at the same time as the ministry.
Salt ramen ordered by his partner.
I was given a taste and it was light and tasty too.
Also, the chashu pork topping for the ramen. It was tender, well seasoned and very tasty.
As an aside, there were also many comic books in the shop.
Slam dunk hot.
The ramen has just the right salty-spicy flavour to make it addictive. If you visit Gosen, please drop in.
