Around Tsunan Brewery, most farmers have finished planting rice and the air is somewhat calm 🌿 At the brewery, we planted buckets of Gohyakumangoku and Koshihikari rice seedlings. This is our first attempt this year.
We wonder if they will grow properly 😂, but we will carefully watch them grow ✨ We hope to be able to tell you about them from time to time on the blog. The buckets are placed near the entrance to the brewery, so please look for them when you visit the brewery😊Now, what do the brewers do when the brewing season is over? This is a question we often receive from visitors! We looked for a tour course and... 👀 we found it! A brewer working in the pressing room 🎵.
This time we saw a few brewers cleaning the presses that were used in the sake pressing process 😆.
