The contrast between the light of the factory and the darkness of the night is fantastic. I was a grown-up in the cold, but I was excited to be there! If you live in Niigata, you must see this spectacular view at least once.

The best time to see this night view of the factory is when it changes from evening to night. I went there after 9pm and it was beautiful enough, but I heard that the factory and the red sky at sunset are also stunning.
