Production of 2025BY has started. All brewers are working hard to produce sake that will please everyone.
November has reached the middle of the month. In Tsunan town, the weather forecast shows snow. Winter has finally arrived in earnest.
The end of the year is a season full of events. This time we would like to introduce the X'mas special set from Hotel Bernatio in neighbouring Tokamachi City. In addition to the luxurious set supervised by Bernatio's Executive Chef Mitsuhashi, the sake set features Tsunan Brewery's GO DINER, selected by Shop Manager Oshiki, a semi-finalist in the retail service category of the 6th World Wine and Spirits Competition. This sake won the 'IWC2025 Gold Medal in the Junmai Daiginjo category'. Please enjoy a blissful pairing on your special day.
Limited sets are available and will be closed as soon as they are gone. The deadline for applications is Sunday 30 November. Please take this opportunity to try it out.
Next year will mark the 30th anniversary of Tsunan Brewing and Bernatio, a milestone for both companies. We will continue to work hard together to make our products loved not only by the local community, but also by visitors to the region.
