Tsunan Brewery closed for the year on 27 (Fri) 12/27, and will reopen for business on 6 (Mon) January 2025. Next month's closures are 1 (Wed) - 5 (Sun), 12 (Sun), 13 (Mon), 19 (Sun) and 26 (Sun). We look forward to working with you in the New Year. Last month, sake, authentic shochu, awamori and hon mirin (Japanese sweet sake) were registered as Intangible Cultural Heritage of Japan by UNESCO as 'traditional sake brewing'. It is hoped that this will be an important part of Japan's culture and that it will continue to develop in the future.
The brewing process is well underway and the new Tsunan Kogane Shiboritate Unfiltered Nama Sake is now on sale 🍶.
